A big screen without the build

Most big screen hire means a trailer screen or a ground stacked LED wall, a crew to build it, power to arrange and time to rig and de rig at either end. Our LED screen van does the same job for smaller and mid sized events with none of that. It drives onto your site, parks where you need it, and the screens on both sides are ready to play your content. When the event finishes it drives away.

Events a screen van suits

  • Fan zones and big match screenings in parks, pubs and car parks, where the venue has the rights to show the game
  • Sports days, fun runs and race finishes, showing results, sponsors and live messages
  • Festivals and food markets, for sponsor loops, stage times and wayfinding
  • School and college events, open days and graduation celebrations
  • Product launches, store openings and brand activations
  • Charity events, public information days and community fun days
  • Corporate family days, staff events and conferences with an outdoor element

What we need to know

Tell us the date, the site, how long you need the screen and where the van can park. We will confirm what power is needed, where the screens face and whether the van needs to move during the day. The landowner or organiser needs to be happy for the van to be on site, and we need safe access in and out. Send your video, slides or sponsor loop in advance so we can check it on the screens.

Being honest about size

A screen van is the right choice when you want a large, bright screen that is easy to bring in and take away. For a crowd of many thousands in a stadium or a large open arena, a stage sized trailer screen will serve more people at once. Tell us about your event and we will say which is right, even if it is not us.

Screen plus advertising

Because the van is also a mobile billboard, it can promote your event around town in the days before, then park on site as the big screen on the day. Many organisers book both on one quote, which is cheaper than hiring a screen and a van separately.

Questions

How much does big screen hire cost?

Our LED screen van is £595 a day with a driver, with travel added to a fixed quote for events outside the North West. That is usually much less than a trailer screen with a crew.

Can you show live sport on the screen?

The screens can play anything our media player can run. Showing a live broadcast to the public needs the right broadcaster licence and a suitable feed, which the venue or organiser is responsible for. Ask us when you enquire and we will tell you what is possible for your event.

Can the screen be seen in daylight?

Yes. Outdoor LED panels are far brighter than a projector or a TV, so the picture is clear in full daylight and even better in the evening.
