Traditional outdoor LED screen hire usually means a trailer or a ground stacked screen, a crew to build it and time to rig and de rig. A screen van is different. It drives in, parks up and is ready to play your content, then drives away at the end of the day. That makes it a good fit for shorter events, tight sites and anywhere you want a screen without a build.

What we need from you

Tell us the address, the date and how long you need the screen, plus where the van can park on site. You will need permission from the landowner or event organiser for the van to park, and we will need clear access in and out. Send your content in advance so we can check it on the screens before the day.

What can be shown

Video loops, sponsor slides, event schedules and messages can all be played from our media player, with audio where it suits the event. If you want something more specialised, such as a live camera feed, ask us when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done for your event.
