Advertising Van Hire is a trading name of PEF Consulting Partners Limited (company number 16010640), 49 Basecamp, Jamaica Street, Liverpool, L1 0AH. We are the data controller for the details you send us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, email, phone number and the campaign details you give us. We also record which page you sent it from so we know which areas people are interested in.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and run any booking you make. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored with our website host, Cloudflare, and our email provider. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy friendly visitor counts that do not identify you.
